Price list for the cabins:
Single room for   1 person 25 $
Double room for 2 person 35 $
Triple room for 3 person   45 $


Price list for apartments:
For 1 person 40 $
For 2 person 45 $
For 3 person 55 $
For 4 person 65 $

Policy

These prices include the tax.  Prices during the holidays such as Easter, Christmas, etc. vary. The prices can be requested via email.

1. In order to secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, which may be paid through Paypal or our Costa Rican or German bank account.

2. The remaining cash balance is due in full upon arrival. Please note that we are not able to accept credit cards or travelers  checks, due to our remote location.  There is no bank or ATM machine in Manzanillo, so if you need access to a bank or ATM, you will need to go to Puerto Viejo.

3. Check in from 12:00 am     Check out at 11:00 am

Cancellations

30 days or more before the reserved date: refund of deposit minus 30% for administration and banking costs

15 to 29 days before the reserved date: refund of your deposit minus 60% for administration and banking reserved date.


14 days or less before the: No refundcosts
